Classic version

  • 2 processed cheese (we take cheese, not a cheese product),
  • 2 cloves of garlic,
  • 45 g mayonnaise.

Grated on a large grater (to rub the cheese, I put it in the freezer for half an hour). The garlic was passed through a press, everything was mixed with mayonnaise and laid out on a salad bowl with a slide, decorated with greens. Everything is simple and commonplace. You can complicate the recipe.

Cheese with garlic and mayonnaise recipes with nuts

  1. 2 cheese or 200 g of cheese,

  3. 60 g mayonnaise

Now we are making a more refined appetizer, it is also called "cheese Rafaelo." Add the chopped nut to the finished mass or break it into large pieces.

We roll balls from cheese, envelop them in coconut flakes. We beautifully decorate the plate with lettuce, sculpt beautiful balls, put the nuts (if you did not put the ground ones in advance) and lay them out in a creative mess on the plate. Garnish with a sprig of greens and a small cherry tomato.

It’s also tasty to fry sesame seeds (they smell so delicious and taste no less attractive), and roll in sesame instead of coconut flakes. And you can take whole almond kernels, lightly fry and insert the whole nucleolus into a ball - the effect and surprise (pleasant!) Of the guests are guaranteed!

Cheese with garlic and mayonnaise is just the universal thing when it comes to organizing a home feast. You can make so many kinds of snacks that are based on cheese with garlic and mayonnaise. Since we often like this cheese in the family just eat with bread and then we don’t want to smell garlic for a kilometer,))

2. Getting started with mayonnaise:

All ingredients must be at room temperature.
Break an egg into a bowl or tall glass for a blender, add mustard, salt and sugar. Beat the ingredients with a submersible blender until smooth. Without stopping the blender to work, pour in a thin stream of sunflower oil until the mayonnaise acquires the desired consistency.
The amount of oil is determined “by eye” - the more oil, the thicker the mayonnaise.
When the mayonnaise has acquired the desired consistency and thickened sufficiently, pour the lemon juice (while the mayonnaise becomes more liquid) and beat until smooth.

3. Ready mix mayonnaise with cheese and garlic and transfer to a glass jar. Let him stand for a while, so that he better accepts the smell of garlic.
As I mentioned, our seed loves this cheese and bread for breakfast or just for tea. I can say I have already tried many options, but it is with homemade mayonnaise that it turns out much tastier. And with just one clove of garlic (just cheese needs a little infusion).

This cheese snack can be served as a stand-alone salad, on sandwiches, and as an addition to vegetables.

100 g of hard cheese
1 egg
4 cloves of garlic,
1.5 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Depending on the remaining components, completely different snacks are obtained. Tasty in cheese with garlic add: fresh tomato or pineapple or shrimp or baked beets or carrots.

Cooking is easy. You freeze the cheese a little and grate it on a grater, small, medium or large - this is who likes what pieces. If you are going to spread a snack on bread, it is better on small, in salad - on large. Separately, about the cheese: the sharpness and taste of the salad depends on which cheese you take, so do not be greedy, buy a tasty spicy and flavorful cheese, although processed cheese, for lack of others, can also be used, only it needs to be slightly salted. Rubbed well and does not stick to the grater Russian cheese. On the same grater, grate hard-boiled eggs.
We push the garlic through a press, but you can finely chop it and crush it with the back of the knife, for some reason it’s even tastier. 4 cloves per 100 g of cheese - conditionally enough, if you like it sharper, put more garlic.
It is also better not to save on mayonnaise; it should not interrupt the smell and taste of cheese. Mix everything thoroughly and let stand under a plastic wrap for a couple of hours.
Now about decorating this cheese snack. The salad itself looks quite banal. The easiest decoration option is to put the cheese mass on slices of tomato, croutons or chips. If you chose the option with chips, it is better to take chips with a minimum amount of flavoring additives.
And you can make a snowman out of salad or round snowballs, this design will come in handy for the New Year's table. If you decide on snowmen, put the mayonnaise to a minimum so that the figures keep their shape.

1. Boil the eggs. To do this, dip them in a pot of cold water and add a little salt. It is necessary to ensure that if the egg crack, the protein in salt water will curl up and the egg will remain intact.
Put the pot on the fire and boil. Reduce temperature and cook eggs for 7-10 minutes. If you digest them, then the yolk will have a blue tint. After that, dip the eggs in ice water to make them easier to peel. If the boiled egg is poorly cleaned, i.e. the protein sticks to the shell, which means it is very fresh. Although for this recipe, the aesthetic appearance of a beautiful egg is not important, because it will continue to rub on a grater. What actually do: peel the eggs and grate.

2. Cream cheese also grate. If it will rub poorly, then soak it for 15 minutes in the freezer. It will harden a little and will work easier with it.

3. Peel and pass the garlic through a press. You can vary its amount to your taste. Love spicy snacks, add a few extra cloves.
From garlic, I recommend removing the core with a selenium stem, especially in the winter-spring period. Since it has a bad effect on digestion and often causes heartburn, in addition to this, it is because of it that a persistent garlic smell from the mouth remains.

4. Pour mayonnaise to the foods. Its amount may vary depending on the method of serving snacks.If you will make canapes out of it or arrange in the form of balls, then there should not be much mayonnaise. Otherwise, the snack will break up. If you will serve in a salad bowl, then put the amount of mayonnaise to your taste. Also, I do not recommend overdoing it with him if you serve in baskets or tartlets. Otherwise, they will quickly get wet and lose their shape.
